ARTICLE I, Wakes [Adopted 6-15-1993 by Ord. No. 2-1993]

§ 4A-1. Purpose.
The purpose of this article is to protect the health, welfare and safety of the citizens of Harveys Lake Borough and all citizens who use Harveys Lake.

§ 4A-2. Prohibited acts.
A. It shall be unlawful for any person to make, continue or cause to be made or continued any wake during the use of a motorboat or any other water device after dusk on Harveys Lake.
B. It is also specifically unlawful for any person to operate a motorboat or any other water device after dusk on Harveys Lake at a speed in excess of the minimum wake speed as defined by the Pennsylvania Fish Commission.

§ 4A-3. Violations and penalties.
Any violation of this article shall be subject to a fine of $100 minimum and $300 maximum, as set by the District Justice.
